Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy outlines the specifics of how we deliver your luxury purchases:

Order Processing: After you place an order, it is typically processed within 24–48 hours (on business days). Weekends and Ukrainian holidays may add an extra day to processing. Once processed, your order is packed and dispatched.

Shipping Methods: We use a mix of air and ground services. Common carriers include DHL, FedEx, Nova Poshta Global, and Ukrposhta, depending on your region. These are chosen for reliability and speed.

Tracking and Notification: As soon as your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a track number and link. You can follow the shipment’s progress online. If you have an account with us, you can also see tracking details in your order history.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery according to local practices. If you are not available, a notice will be left with instructions for re-delivery or pickup. Our goal is to get your order to you; feel free to coordinate directly with the courier for the best arrangement.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as full proof of delivery is needed for our high-value shipments. If an order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts for reasons beyond our control, it may be returned to us.

Order Changes: Once an order has shipped, we cannot alter the destination address or contents. Please double-check all details before confirming your order. If you need assistance, contact us immediately after ordering.

Lost or Stolen Packages: In the unlikely event of a lost or stolen shipment, we review the tracking and take responsibility if the fault lies with our shipping provider. For lost shipments, we will work to reship or refund per our discretion. Stolen packages should be addressed with local authorities; please contact support for guidance.

Shipping Insurance: High-value items are insured during transit. This provides coverage in case of damage or loss en route. If you receive a damaged package, photograph the damage and notify us immediately. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Duty-Free Pricing Notice: All product prices listed are duty-free. However, under some national regulations, customs agents might still apply import duties or taxes based on their valuation. Any such charges imposed after delivery are the recipient’s responsibility. Thanks to trade agreements, these instances are rare, but please be aware when ordering internationally.
