We do our best to be transparent with all fees; if an error occurs in pricing on the site, we reserve the right to cancel orders or refund the price difference.
Returns & Refunds: Returns are governed by our Returns Policy (above). If eligible, you may return items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in our product information and images. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or colors on the site are 100% accurate, as variations may occur. See the NARS policy: “to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions… are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free”.
