Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be right for you — even with our best efforts, tastes and needs vary. That’s why we offer a Hassle-Free Return and Refund policy for all orders: if you’re not completely satisfied, returning or exchanging an item is quick and easy.


No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. The only cost is (if applicable) the return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or damaged product), in which case we cover the return shipping.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value. 

Quality Assurance: Because we are confident in our product quality, we handle returns very generously. As one leading duty-free retailer puts it, “returns are no problem at all – your satisfaction is even more important than our range of products”. We adopt that philosophy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a wrong item or something is damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please note that certain items (e.g. gift sets or items marked as non-returnable) may have specific conditions. These are clearly indicated on the product page. For any special cases, our Customer Service will explain the options.

Whether a return or exchange, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Our online portal and support team ensure you can complete returns without hassle. Keep in mind that even after a return, you still get the same benefits on future orders.
