We ship your orders worldwide for free and strive for timely, reliable delivery. All orders are dispatched from our duty-free warehouse in Ukraine , ensuring quick processing and tax-free pricing. Your order will be handled by our network of trusted local couriers and international partners.
Free Worldwide Shipping: All orders, regardless of size or destination, qualify for complimentary shipping. No hidden fees, no minimum purchase required. You pay only the price of the product (which is 100% duty-free) — shipping is on us.
Customs and Duties: Because we ship from Ukraine’s duty-free zones, we prepay no import duties. In many regions this means smooth customs clearance. However, in some countries, local taxes or customs charges may still apply on delivery. Typically, these are nominal or zero under current trade agreements, but any local customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. (For example, under the EU-Ukraine trade deal most products enter Europe duty-free.)
Fulfillment from Airport Warehouses: By operating from major airports, we cut down handling steps. Your order is confirmed, packed, and sent directly onto an outbound courier (often the same day or next business day). This airport-based fulfillment ensures swift transit.
Local Courier Delivery: Once out of Ukraine, your order is handed off to local delivery services. We partner with leading couriers like Nova Poshta Global and Ukrposhta for the international leg, and then local post or courier in your country for final delivery. Nova Global, for example, boasts a “developed global network and reliable logistic flows” to guarantee a seamless experience.
Typical Delivery Times: Delivery time depends on destination. Within Europe: 3–7 business days. North America: 5–10 days. Asia and Australia: 5–12 days. We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD): In many European and select Asian markets, we offer Cash-on-Delivery. COD is a popular, trust-building option — it allows customers to inspect their package before payment. Check our country list during checkout to see if COD is available for you.
